Win 1 of 3 South Coast Holidays!

The competition is open to Australian residents aged 21 years or older. Employees of Supercalla Private Properties, their immediate family members, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

The giveaway begins on 8th July and ends on 31st August 2024. All entries must be submitted by 11.59 pm on 31st August 2024 to be considered.

1. To enter, participants must complete the entry form, which includes opting into the database.
2. Participants must provide their name, email address, contact number and select the holiday of their choice.

1. There will be three winners who will be chosen for one of the following holiday destinations: Blooms at Berry, Aminya at Kangaroo Valley, Shearwater at Callala Beach.
2. The three x major prizes include:
   1. Couples Escape: 2-night accommodation for two people at Blooms at Berry, plus a complimentary dinner for two at South on Albany, valued at over $2,000
   2. Group Holiday: 2-night accommodation for a group of of up to 6 at Aminya Kangaroo Valley, a catered dinner from Caterina KV for up to 6 guests, valued at over $3,000
   3. Family Getaway: 2-night accommodation for a family of up to 8 at Shearwater, Callala Beach, Plus complimentary Sup & Bike or Boards from Burra Boards, valued at $4,500
3. 2 x Runners up prizes: $250 accommodation credit, valued for a 2 night minimum booking at any Supercalla Private Properties accommodation, subject to availability. Excludes Long Weekends. Accommodation credit to be redeemed by 30 August 2025.
4. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash or other prize substitution is allowed.

1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
2. The draw will take place on Monday 2nd September 2024.

   2. The winners must respond within 3 days of notification to claim the prize.
   3. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

By entering, participants agree to participate in any publicity related to the competition, including their name and entry being used on Supercalla’s website, email marketing and social media platforms.

1. Supercalla Private Properties reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the competition if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Supercalla Private Properties reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the competition.
2. Supercalla Private Properties reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the competition or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

1.  Supercalla Private Properties is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the competition; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the competition; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the competition or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Personal data collected during the course of this competition will be used for administering the competition and participants will be included in Supercalla Private Properties email database. They may opt out / unsubscribe from this at any time. Participants that opt out prior to the competition being drawn will be removed from the competition.

The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by NSW Australia law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW Australia.
